The Frontend version you bought runs on static hosting (Netlify, Vercel, Hostinger). If you need real payments, an admin panel, centralized orders, social login, and transactional emails, the Premium plan adds all of that without changing the frontend your client already knows.

Agreement terms

1. License grant

FunDev Studio grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the FunDev Ecommerce template ("the Template") under the terms of the plan purchased. The license covers the source code and compiled files included in the package.

2. Permitted

  • Modify the source code to fit your project.
  • Replace content, images, products, palette, and typography.
  • Publish the resulting site on any hosting.
  • Use the Template to build sites for clients (Commercial / Enterprise plan).

3. Prohibited

  • Reselling the Template as is or as a derivative on template marketplaces (ThemeForest, Creative Market, Gumroad, etc.).
  • Distributing the source code to third parties other than the end client of the site.
  • Sublicensing or transferring the license to another entity without written consent.
  • Using the Template for sites containing illegal, offensive, or law-violating content.
  • Removing the legal credits from the source code (visible credits on the site can be removed).

4. Intellectual property

The Template and all of its copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of FunDev Studio. Purchasing a use license does not transfer ownership of the code.

5. Warranty and limitation of liability

The Template is delivered "as is". FunDev Studio does not warrant that the Template is free of errors or fit for a particular purpose. Use is at the buyer's own risk.

FunDev Studio shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions arising from use of the Template.

6. Support

The Personal plan includes 6 months of email support. The Commercial plan, 12 months. The Enterprise plan, lifetime support. Support covers bugs and technical questions about the original behavior of the Template, not custom modifications made by the buyer.

7. Updates

Free updates are delivered according to the plan. After the covered period, major versions require a new license.

8. Frontend vs Premium versions

The Frontend version includes only client-side code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Data persistence is local to the visitor's browser. It does not include backend, database, payment processing, or actual email delivery. The Premium plan adds those components and is sold separately.

9. Termination

This license terminates automatically if the buyer breaches any of the terms described here. Upon termination, the buyer must cease using the Template and delete all copies in their possession.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the seller. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts.
